We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days on all products that have damaged upon delivery. If you receive defective or damaged product(s) upon delivery, please send us an email at email@example.com and provide photo proof within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll send you a replacement one or provide a full refund, as described below.
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received the returned product. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
- KBeauty Time must be informed of any returns or refunds, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping out your item.
- Product must be returned up to 14 days after the package arrives on your doorstep (according to the tracking number) to qualify for a return/refund.
- Product must be unused to qualify for return/refund.
- For hygiene reasons, used products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.
