We currently ship our products only within Germany and other EU countries.
Shipping within Germany:
We calculate the shipping costs flat rate with 3.95 € per order. Parcels are shipped exclusively with our shipping partners (see list below), shipments to packing stations and post offices are also possible. We provide free shipping for orders over 39 €.
Shipping to EU countries:
From an order value of 79 € we ship free of charge to all European countries of Zone 1 and Zone 2. We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
- ZONE 1 (8.95 €): Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia
- ZONE 2 (11.39 €): Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Spain
- ZONE 3 Non-EU (15.95 €): Switzerland

Order Processing Time
Order processing time is about 2-3 business days before shipments. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. We have a fully automated warehouse, and once the processing begins, it is too late to cancel or edit your order. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors depending on the time of year order was placed, e.g. Easter, Christmas, New Year, and other major holidays.

Please note that these postage times are an estimate only, and do not account for public holidays, peak periods (e.g. Christmas), or customs processing delays. Sometimes delays may occur depending on mailing volume and customs at postal offices. The time duration a package can take for delivery may vary in different countries according to their rules, see some examples here:
- Germany 1 - 3 business days
- EU countries 2 - 5 business days
Taxes & Customs
KBeauty Time is not responsible and has no control on custom inspections or sudden changes in strict custom. These circumstances may unfortunately delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). As customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
By placing an order at KBeauty Time, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to KBeauty Time. Please refer to our international returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.
Delivered but not delivered
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at their numbers in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
